Well , it seems that so many pages has introduced this PacketiX VPN product , but there is something wrong . If you follow the way to download , install , and connect , the only thing you get is a active VPN connection , and you can't use this PacketiX VPN connection .
Do you know what's wrong ? The reason is you have downloaded the old client . When you set VPN through the old client version 2.0 , nothing would happen , so you should download the latest version 3:

The latest version just provided in Chinese and Japanese language .

- Install the PacketiX VPN Client , when a Drive install confirm windows popup , select continue install driver .
- Download the Config file : <Click Here to Download>
- Launch the connection manager , and Import the config file , (If you know nothing about Chinese or Japanese, ok , you could use short cut key) :
- Then , you could connect the PacketiX VPN in the connection manager :
- Click the "Agree" button and then Enjoy your Free PacketiX VPN connection !!!
